This project demonstrates how modern building automation can be successfully implemented even in heritage-protected buildings – improving energy efficiency, safety, and operational performance without compromising the existing infrastructure.

 

Intelligent Control for Maximum Efficiency

The new automation solution enables on-site and remote control of the entire heating system via EcoStruxure by Schneider Electric.
All system parameters can be monitored, adjusted, and optimized in real time. The system automatically responds to changes in operating conditions, minimizing potential damage in the event of malfunctions or failures.

 

Proactive Alarm Management

A key feature of this project is the intelligent alarm management system.
It continuously monitors all components, detects anomalies early, and automatically notifies the maintenance team in real time.
This allows for faster intervention, reduces maintenance costs, and improves operational reliability.
